MCKV Institute of Engineering Best Private Engineering College in West Bengal
MCKV Institute of Engineering (MCKVIE) is a private engineering college founded in the year 1999. It is affiliated to the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology and approved by AICTE. The college offers B.Tech across six disciplines at the UG level and M.Tech, MBA at the PG level. It aims at providing high-quality technical education under a strong team of faculty members and has also maintained a great placement record over the years.
College Infrastructure
Campus size is average. Classrooms are good sized, well maintained, and well conditioned. Projectors are there in every classroom. Wifi is there too on every floor. Good and well stocked library. Basketball ground and a common room for sports and recreational activities. Hostel facility available for both girls and boys.

About 70% of the students got placed in college. The highest salary package offered was 6LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was 1.2LPA. Top recruiting companies that visit every year are TCS, Capgemini,Cognizant, and Wipro. Most of the students got internships from the said companies. Roles like software development, assistant engineer, etc. are offered.

Remarks
The faculty is very good and well designed and the teachers are very friendly and cooperative to the students, further, the most important thing library is well designed and the best too. More or fewer games and events are always happening in the college, different seminars and webinars too. The admission process is too simple you have to appear for WBJEE or JEE and base on its ranks you will be selected by counselling then the faculty members will help you at the time of fill-up the forms, that's all. Now, the reason for preferring the college to others because currently I'm a student of that college and I'm really enjoying it.
